The Dr. Thomas H. Avera House (also known as the Avera-Winston House) is a historic home in Wendell, North Carolina, a town in eastern Wake County. Built in 1874, the house is an example of Gothic and Italianate architecture. In September 2003, the Dr. Thomas H. Avera House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.^[1]
